Refund policy

• Orders can be cancelled before the shipping of the item, but a 15% fee will be applied.
• Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
  

• Pre-orders can be cancelled before the shipping of the item, but a 15% fee will be applied. Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
• If a product is delayed due to a manufacturer's issue, then the order is still subject to the cancellation fee. We will ship the product as soon as it arrives.

• We do not accept returns on any Trading Card Games. This includes sealed and singles.
• If we make a mistake in sending you an order, we will send you a return label to return the product.

We use third-party shipping companies such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Risk of loss and damage will pass to the Buyer when the product is accepted by the shipping carrier. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to have an order delivered to a secure location to try to mitigate package theft. We are not liable for package theft and damage in transit. If theft or damage does occur, it will be the responsibility of the Buyer to try to work with the shipping carrier to resolve any and all issues.
